I ordered 4 bracelets from this website back in March 2024, but they have not reached me even after 19 days of fulfillment. Thw owner does not respond to queries in time and also does not enquire about the order from the courier partner from their end. In my case, I had to do everything, such as, contacting the courier partner, lodging the complaint about non-delivery of my order, contacting courier partner's customer care regularly to enquire about the order on a daily basis. I did notify the owner about all of this and waited for a full week to get a reply or resolution from their end (also attached all the tracking info updates and my own call logs of when I contacted customer care numerous times for multiple days, as a proof to get them to respond), but there was no support from their side. It was after I messaged about cancelling and refunding the order, they messaged me back but that too yielded no solutions and instead they refunded the order amount after a lengthy convo where again, they showed no accountability and acknowledgement whatsoever. Currently, the order has reached the destination city, but the courier partner did not deliver the order and they did not contact me either and I did tell the owner this, but again, no response from their side and am left hanging once again for the delivery of my order.
